Club Rules
The Reserve Poker Club is a private social club and any visitor is required to become a member; use of the club is restricted at all times to members in good standing. Memberships are available to individuals on an annual term. The Membership Committee meets monthly to review the status of any or all memberships, including granting or denying membership based on feedback from staff and other members. Memberships are also available to charities and businesses for special events, but all participants must complete the membership process. Members wishing to exclude themselves from play must complete a self-exclusion form at one of our locations. If a member's status is voluntarily or involuntarily revoked, the member is not entitled to any refunds.
All poker games follow World Series of Poker (WSOP) rules for cash and TDA (Tournament Directors Association) rules for tournaments, except where stated in specific club rules. Our team members are trained in WSOP and TDA rules and enforce both the spirit and the letter of the rules. Rulings on gameplay are final at the discretion of management in accordance with WSOP or TDA rules, and all rulings will be made in the best interest of the game.
Members and staff alike are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor. The acting floor manager may ask a player to discontinue inappropriate behavior or to leave. Not tolerated: threats, arguments or insults; food in any playing area (dining areas provided); slow rolling; angle shooting; active recruitment without permission; excessive intoxication; marking or tampering with cards. There is ZERO tolerance for collusion in any form, including communicating hand strength to another player — chips may be forfeited.
No phones, electronics, headphones or earbuds at the table at any time — step completely out of the livestream area to use electronics. No food in the livestream area. Display names must be your name or an appropriate nickname. Players must make a good faith effort to scan hole cards every hand and must not bend or crease RFID cards. If the dealer announces a tech error, action stops until it is fixed. A forced clock may be called to protect the stream delay. Certain attire may not be allowed at management's discretion. Livestreamed tables may have adjusted break schedules regardless of the posted structure.
The Reserve Poker Club reserves the right to change, cancel or otherwise modify any event at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
